BIG BOY BED~!

Daddy "converted" Gage's baby bed to a BIG boy bed
last night! Gage was SOOOO excited!:)

He wouldn't climb out of bed except to get a toy and
jump right back in!

He did soooo great his first night in the toddler
bed...he went straight to sleep with no fussing and woke up at regular time this morning, happy as a lark!:) What was mommy worried about?

Mark and I were SO excited to have both of our brothers at the party this year! Last year Uncle Josh was is in North Africa! It has been so much fun for Gage to get to hang out with him and get to know him! After all, isn't that where he gets the blonde hair from?:)

Uncle Landon and Aunt Summer (and Asher and Eden, too..of course!) got to come to the party also! Last year they were unable to make it, but had a REALLY good excuse....Eden was born that day! So, yes Eden and Gage (and Auntie G) share the same birthday! What are the chances of that?

Uncle Josh brought Gage a Dallas Mavericks moose! It is a "Build a Moose" that Josh created just for him! Gage LOVES it and has him in his bed, next to the Cowboys bear from uncle Josh and the construction bear from Gran and Grod!

Gage is 2!

Gage wanted to have a "farm animal" party. We used the EIEIO theme. Isn't the cake precious? The best part of the day is about an hour before the party when Gage grabbed a spoon and "dug in" to the cake! He helped himself to the first huge bite, right out of the front of this masterpiece!:) Good thing we had animal cookies to cover it up! Hey, it was his birthday and his cake, right?!:)

We had a blast at the party! Lots of family and friends got to come!

Camryn and Pearce got to come with aunt Maimi and Uncle "T"! Gage was very exctied!:) (Colton Clements in the middle-my friend Misty's oldest boy.)
